Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated November 6, 2026
We want this to be simple and fair. Here is exactly how cancellations and refunds work at Logan’s Grove.
Memberships (monthly and annual)
- You can cancel any time from My Account > Subscriptions, or by contacting us.
- Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- We don’t give refunds or partial refunds for the current billing period, monthly or annual.
- Your membership renews automatically until you cancel. We will email you at least 30 days before any price change applies to your renewal.
Memberships ended for conduct
- If we end a membership because our Community Rules were broken, future charges stop and access ends right away.
- The current billing period is not refunded.
$1 trial week
- New monthly memberships start with a 7-day trial week for $1, charged when you join.
- If you cancel before the 7 days are up, you will not be charged again.
- If you don’t cancel, your membership renews automatically at $49 per month until you cancel.
- The $1 trial charge is not refundable. Trial weeks are limited to one per person.
No setup fee
There is no setup or sign-up fee. Members who joined before this pricing took effect keep their existing rate for as long as their membership stays active.
1-on-1 coaching sessions
- You can reschedule a session if you give at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed sessions, are not refunded.
- If Rex has to cancel a session, you can choose a new time or a full refund for that session.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged by mistake, for example a duplicate charge or a renewal after you cancelled, contact us and we will refund it.
